- Annual package: includes base salary plus fixed allowances; excludes discretionary bonus unless agreed in writing.
- Payment terms: Invoice upon candidate start date; payment due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
- Replacement guarantee: Free replacement within 30 days if the candidate resigns or is terminated for performance, subject to full payment and documented role consistency.
- Expenses: Optional advertising, assessments, or travel billed at cost with prior approval.
- Exclusions: Changes to role scope or compensation after offer may require fee recalculation.
